Didn't prepare & was surprised by the wind this morning but able to miss work. Traffic problems caused extreme frustration as I knew the wind was AM only. But made it and all ended well.

Got greedy as the end of the session and had to swim back in. Therefore 1.5 hr TOW plus about 0.5 Time In Water.
